We’ve got you a special collaboration for this yakisoba: the seasoning manufacturer Fundokin Shoyu Co., Ltd., which is celebrating its 160th anniversary, collaborates with Sanyo Foods for a unique yakisoba (焼きそば). The salty yakisoba are made from thin noodles: chijire (ちじれ), and combined with a spooky-licious sauce that has a refreshing flavor and spicy accents. 

The noodles come with a light yuzu (ゆず) flavor that adds nice aromas to the dish. The yakisoba sauce is well salted and made from a mix of tomatoes and pork extract, before being topped off with the gentle spiciness unique to Ao Yuzu Kosho (Yuzu kosho is a pasty Japanese condiment made from fresh chiles).

What makes the noodles unique, is the exquisite combination of shio (塩, salt) yakisoba and Ao Yuzu Kosho that leaves you feeling refreshed and is more delicious than you can imagine!

And voilà, a classic tonkotsu ramen (豚骨ラーメン) for your fall indulgences. Creeping it real for Halloween! The noodles are thin and served in a pork-bone broth typical to tonkotsu. The ramen cup has a very light taste and is easy to eat. Coming with wood ear mushrooms and ginger, the aroma from the soup is a delight.

With low calories, this can make a perfect quick and easy dinner or lunch break on the go. If you want to make it a more complete meal, make sure to add some of our best recommended ingredients you’ll find on our blog, and prepare an onigiri (おにぎり) rice ball on the side!

It’s the devil in disguise in the devil’s miso pot. If the name is not creepy enough, you’ll have to give a try yourself to cook researcher Ryuji's second collaboration with Seto Shio. This senbei (せんべい) cracker delivers the taste described in the award-winning recipe book from a Japanese bestseller: Devil's Pot Garlic Chives.

The Seto Inland Sea stretches from Osaka to the island of Kyushu, spreading between the north shore of Shikoku and along the coastline of Okayama and Hiroshima. It’s famous for many things, including the quality of their salt used for the production of this cracker.

To put it simply: it’s deviliciously tasty!
