Nagasaki, nested on the west coast of Kyushu island, is famous for many things, including their champon  (ちゃんぽん) noodles. Champon is made by frying pork, seafood and vegetables with lard; a soup made with chicken and pig bones is then added. This cup went straight for the original recipe and put it in a nice shareable cup. You won’t have to travel to Kyushu this summer to try them, but it might make you add the island to your bucket list.

The noodles are fried noodles made from a combination of wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), vegetable oil and fat, starch, salt, pork extract, and soy dietary fiber. It is a light yet rich and tasty champon soup that you will enjoy drinking all the way through. Marutai is very famous for its bowl-shaped cup of champon!
